What is My Bookshelf?
This is a list of books that our family owns. (Not every book we own is listed here, but all of the books listed are books we own.)Why did I make My Bookshelf part of this site?
It might seem a little strange to put this list up here. I mean, who cares what books I own, right? Well, here's my reasoning: I often look up books on Amazon or similar sites and can't find any information about the books at all - no reviews, nothing. This is really frustrating, as I am on a tight budget and don't want to waste money on a book that won't meet my needs! Other times there are reviews, but I have a specific question about a book and don't know who to ask. I frequently end up purchasing these really obscure books because it's the only way to find out anything about them! I figure I can't be the only one so, on the off-chance that someone might have a question about a book I HAVE (especially the obscure ones), I'm listing a lot of them here.
